Termination due to illness?

If the employer issues a notice of termination due to illness, this is a so-called person-related notice of termination. Such a termination is effective under certain conditions. On the one hand, there must be a negative prognosis (future absences), and on the other hand, the expected continued payment of remuneration must have a significant operational or economic impact. As a rule, this is assumed to be the case for an average of more than 6 weeks per year.
