What is the deadline of the action for protection against dismissal?

Employees may file an action for protection against dismissal within three weeks of receipt of a notice of termination, otherwise the termination automatically becomes effective. By way of exception, the action will be admitted retrospectively if it was not possible to file the action for an important reason (e.g. hospitalization).
